All pets must be up-to-date on monthly preventatives.
For easier in and out access, most of our dog spaces are designed to combine indoor and outdoor runs that are connected by a guillotine pet door. During higher capacity times, appropriately sized crates may be used for medium to smaller dogs. Despite the enclosure make and model your pet resides in, we ALWAYS provide your pet with an abundance of attention, social interaction and playtime!
Cat suites are generously laid out and comparable to a walk-in room for your feline friend to strut their stuff. All incorporate excellent viewing and lighting.

We do offer food, which is included in our boarding rate. We have a lamb and rice or salmon and sweet potato grain-free choice. We have everything required to house your pet while in our care from bowls to blankets and beds! We are open Monday-Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm for drop off and 3:00pm-5:00pm for pickup. Sundays we are open from 3:00pm-5:00pm for both drop-off and pick-up.
Yes, special diets are perfectly fine! We are equipped with a mini-fridge and freezer in each building and aim to make your pet feel at home and safe while they are in our care.
We administer medications with the exception of those prescribed for diabetics. With each administration of medication, a fee of $3 per administration (not pill count) is required. Please complete the medication in-take form, so we have detailed instructions.
Yes, we certainly can and do! We require care instructions to be in writing to ensure we understand the details of your pet's circumstances and can address them accordingly. We also ask that you please talk to an intake team member or manager in advance of your pet’s stay in order to better understand their behaviors and needs ahead of time. We look forward to discussing the best options for them and how we can safely meet their particular needs.
